Essential Qualification and Experience

• A postgraduate degree in Law, Social Sciences, or an MBA from a recognized institution with a minimum of 55% marks.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role related to training, placement, marketing, or recruitment is preferred.
• Strong communication, public relations, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to establish credible and effective relationships with both national and international organizations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly for interactions with corporate leaders at various levels.
• Capable of guiding students on career counseling, as well as support in developing resumes, cover letters, and other related materials.
• Willingness to travel and engage in networking opportunities.
• Proficient in social media platforms and familiar with MS Office tools.
• Strong presentation skills, effective networking abilities, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
