Terms and Conditions at KNOWLEDGE NATION LAW CENTRE

Enrollment and Registration:
- a. Prospective students must complete the registration process to secure a place in the coaching program.
- b. The institution reserves the right to refuse admission based on eligibility criteria / if seats get filled. (Seats are based on FIRST COME - FIRST SERVE basis)
Fees and Payment:
- a. Tuition fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the coaching program.
- b. Late payment may incur additional charges, and failure to pay may result in dismissal from the program.
Refund Policy:
- a. No refunds will be granted once the enrollment is done, Knowledge Nation Law Centre has a Zero Refund policy, even if the candidate wants to discontinue the course for any personal reason.
Attendance and Punctuality:
- a. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes promptly.
- b. Excessive absenteeism may result in dismissal, and makeup classes are subject to availability.
Code of Conduct:
- a. Students must adhere to a code of conduct, respecting instructors, staff, and fellow students. The institution has full right to cancel admission without any refund in case of misbehavior by any staff member.
- b. Any form of academic dishonesty, including plagiarism, will result in disciplinary action.
Intellectual Property:
- a. All course materials, including notes, presentations, and assessments, are the intellectual property of the institution.
- b. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Facility Usage:
- a. Students are expected to use the institution's facilities responsibly.
- b. Damage to property due to negligence / intentionally will be the responsibility of the student.
Examinations and Assessments:
- a. Students must comply with examination rules and regulations.
- b. Any form of cheating or attempting to cheat will result in severe consequences.
Communication:
- a. The institution will communicate important information through official channels.
- b. Students are responsible for regularly checking their provided Whatsapp messages and other communication platforms.
Dismissal and Withdrawal:
- a. The institution reserves the right to dismiss students for a violation of terms or inadequate academic progress.
- b. Students may voluntarily withdraw from the program, but refunds are subject to the refund policy.
Privacy and Data Protection:
- a. The institution will handle personal information in accordance with relevant data protection laws.
- b. Students are advised to review the institution's privacy policy for more details.
Complaints and Grievances:
- a. Students have the right to raise complaints or grievances through the designated channels.
- b. The institution will address and resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.
Force Majeure:
- a. The institution is not liable for disruptions or failures in service due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
- b. The institution has the full right to convert offline classes into online mode if the State / Central Govt. imposes a lockdown.

Terms and Conditions for Online Live Lectures
- General Conduct
  - Students must maintain classroom discipline, follow the instructions of the teachers, and behave respectfully toward all faculty, staff, and fellow students.
  - Disruptive behavior, use of offensive language, or any activity that disturbs the learning environment will not be tolerated.
- Data Privacy and Communication Restrictions
  - Students are strictly prohibited* from asking or sharing personal information of:
    - Fellow students
    - Faculty members
    - Management or administrative staff
- Student and parent should not ask for any personal details in the LIVE class such as
  - Phone numbers
  - Email IDs
  - Residential addresses
  - Social media handles or YouTube channels
- Formation of unofficial groups (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, any other platform etc.) by students for communicating or circulating study material, faculty information, or other personal data is strictly prohibited.
- Violation and Consequences
  - If any student is found to be in breach of the above clause:
    - Immediate Termination: Their classes and access to the platform will be permanently terminated without refund.
    - Liability for Data Breach: The student and their parent/legal guardian shall be held jointly responsible for unauthorized data breach.
    - Penalty: A monetary penalty of ₹2,00,000 (Two Lakhs) shall be levied.
    - Liability for Data Breach: The student and their parent/legal guardian shall be held jointly responsible for unauthorized data breach.
  - Legal Action: The institute holds the right to initiate **criminal prosecution* against the student and parent under:
    - Relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS)*, and
    - Information Technology Act, 2000 (as amended)*.
- Intellectual Property
  - All online lectures, content, and material shared during the classes are the sole property of *Knowledge Nation Law Centre*.
  - Recording, reproduction, or redistribution of the content by any means is *strictly prohibited* and will attract legal consequences.
- Disclaimer
  - The institute reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  - Continued participation in the classes after any such changes shall be deemed to be acceptance of those changes.
- Jurisdiction
  - All legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in *Delhi, India*.
By enrolling in Knowledge Nation Law Centre, students acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
The institution reserves the right to update or modify these terms, and students will be notified of any changes.
