Essential Qualification and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized University/Institution.

• This role is open to all candidates, including retired officials from Central/State Ministries, Departments, Organizations, Autonomous Bodies, Statutory Bodies, and PSUs. Applicants must have at least 20 years of experience in legal matters related to telecom and broadcasting services. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in drafting and reviewing regulations and subordinate legislation, preparing counter-affidavits, replies, and petitions, and providing legal advice.

• Furthermore, the candidate should have experience in managing litigation involving cases filed in various courts.
