Refund Policy

This Refund Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions of Knowledge Nation Law Centre (“KNLC”, “the Institute”, “we”, “us”). By paying fees and completing enrolment, students and parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.

1. Zero Refund Policy

Knowledge Nation Law Centre follows a Zero Refund Policy. Once enrolment is completed and fees (in full or as per an approved instalment schedule) are paid or accepted, no refund will be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Voluntary withdrawal or discontinuation of the course for personal, academic, medical, relocation, or other reasons
• Change of preferred batch, mode (classroom / online), branch, or programme after enrolment
• Dissatisfaction with teaching style, schedule, or course structure after joining
• Inability to attend classes due to competing commitments, travel, or examination calendars
• Transfer to another coaching institute or programme

2. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all programmes offered by KNLC, including CLAT, AILET, DU LL.B. / CUET-PG, LSAT, LLM, Judiciary / PCS-J, CUET General, and any other course, workshop, test series, or mentoring package offered at Delhi, Gurgaon, Online, or any other centre.

It covers tuition fees, admission fees, material charges (where bundled), and any other amounts collected as part of enrolment, unless a written exception is expressly issued by authorised management on official letterhead or email.

3. Fees and Payment

• Tuition and related fees must be paid as per the fee schedule communicated at the time of admission.
• Late payment may attract additional charges. Continued non-payment may result in suspension or dismissal from the programme without any claim to refund of amounts already paid.
• Part payment or instalment does not create any right to a pro-rata refund of unused portions of the programme.

4. Dismissal, Misconduct & Policy Breaches

The Institute reserves the right to cancel or terminate admission without any refund in case of:

• Misbehaviour, academic dishonesty, or violation of the code of conduct
• Breach of Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, or other published institutional policies
• Unauthorised sharing, recording, or distribution of study material or platform credentials

5. Course Changes by the Institute

KNLC may modify schedules, faculty allocation, batch timings, or delivery mode (including temporary shift to online) for operational or academic reasons. Such changes do not entitle the student to a refund or fee reduction.

6. Acknowledgement

Payment of fees and/or signing of the admission form constitutes confirmation that the student (and parent/guardian, where applicable) has read, understood, and accepted this Zero Refund Policy along with the Institute’s Terms & Conditions.
