Delhi Judiciary Exam Eligibility- Age Limit
- According to the Delhi Judicial Services Eligibility Criteria, there is no minimum age limit.
- The maximum age should not be more than 32 on the 1st day of January of the year in which the applications for appointments are invited.
Age Relaxation for Delhi Judiciary Exam
- The upper age limit is relaxable in case you belong to the reserved category. However, age relaxation differs depending on the category.
- No age relaxation exists for those belonging to the General and OBC categories.
- Five years of age relaxation is provided for Ex-Servicemen, including Emergency Commissioned Officers and Short Service Commissioned Officers who have rendered at least five years of military service and have been released on completion of the assignment.

Educational Qualification for Delhi Judiciary Exam
You must fulfil the following Delhi Judiciary Eligibility Criteria regarding educational qualification:
- You must hold a degree in Law from any recognized University/Institute to apply for the Delhi Judicial Services Exam.
- You must be practising as an Advocate in India, or you must be qualified to be an Advocate according to the Advocates Act of 1961.

- You can apply from any state in India for the Delhi Judiciary Exam.
- As per the eligibility criteria of the Delhi Judiciary, you must be a citizen of India to apply for the exam.
- However, you must possess the necessary documents to prove your citizenship.

Delhi Judiciary Exam Eligibility: Reservation
Apart from the basic eligibility for Judiciary Exams in Delhi mentioned above, you must adhere to the following certificate requirements mentioned below in case you belong to the reserved category :
- SC/SCT Certificate: It is mandatory to provide a certificate issued by a Sub-Divisional Officer/ Additional District Magistrate/ Revenue Assistant or any other Officer designated by the State Government concerned as competent to issue such a certificate if you claim to belong to one of the Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe categories.
- In case you are claiming reservation/relaxation on account of being a Person with a Disability (Blind/ Low Vision)/ (Hearing Impaired)/ (Locomotor Disability)/ (Autism, intellectual disability, specific learning disability, and mental illness and multiple disabilities), it is mandatory to provide a certificate issued by a Government Hospital/ Medical Board in support of your claim.
- Documentary evidence is required if you claim dependent sons/ daughters of an Ex-Serviceman, Emergency Commissioned Officer, or Short Service Commissioned Officer.

- No limits have been set in terms of the number of attempts.
