The CLAT 2027 Application Form is your first step towards entering a National Law University (NLU) for the academic session 2027-28. Candidates must note that the application process is completely online. While the exam is for 2027, the entire process—including registration and the exam itself—will take place in 2026.

The application fee must be paid online via Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking. Fees are generally non-refundable.

• Registration: Visit the official Consortium website (consortiumofnlus.ac.in). Click on "CLAT 2027" and register using your mobile number and email ID.
• Fill Details: Log in and complete the form with personal details, communication address, and academic qualifications (Class 10th & 12th).
• NLU Preference: Carefully select the order of NLUs you wish to apply to. This is crucial for counseling later.
• Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, and category certificate (if applicable).
• Payment: Pay the application fee online and print the confirmation receipt.

Keep these ready before the notification releases in July 2026:

• Scanned Passport Size Photograph (Front facing, recent).
• Scanned Signature (On white paper with black/blue pen).
• Class 10th Marksheet (For Date of Birth proof).
• Class 12th Marksheet (If available, otherwise select "Appearing").
• Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) if claiming reservation.
• Domicile Certificate (For state quota).
