CLAT 2027 Syllabus (UG) - Section Wise Pattern

CLAT UG questions are based on five major sections. The syllabus and section pattern are expected to remain unchanged for this cycle. Topics below are the typical areas you should focus on.

1) English Language

  • Reading comprehension and passage-based questions
  • Vocabulary in context, grammar basics, sentence improvement

3) Legal Reasoning

CLAT 2027 Eligibility (UG)

  • Educational qualification: Candidates must have passed or be appearing in Class 12 (or equivalent).
  • Minimum marks (commonly followed): Unreserved (General/EWS) 45%, Reserved 40%.

  • Candidates appearing in Class 12 can apply, subject to meeting eligibility at the time of admission.
