Current Affairs System, Steady Rank Climb
Lavanya Mehta prepared for CLAT at Knowledge Nation Law Centre’s Gurgaon Branch under the 2-Year Weekend + Weekday Hybrid Plan. The goal was clear from day one: convert classroom work into a competitive All India Rank and a National Law University seat.
Faculty mentorship—led in her track by KNLC Core Faculty Mentorship Desk—emphasised current affairs habit building. She followed a structured cycle of concept classes, sectional tests, full-length mocks, and same-week error analysis so weak areas did not linger.
Legal Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, English Language, Current Affairs including GK, and Quantitative Techniques were trained as a balanced scorecard rather than isolated subjects. Progress reviews kept priorities honest when school or fatigue threatened consistency.
In CLAT 2025, Lavanya Mehta secured AIR 628 and gained admission to RGNUL Patiala for the BA.LLB programme. The result reflects months of disciplined preparation rather than a last-minute sprint.
Looking back, she credits Knowledge Nation’s mentorship culture, mock ecosystem, and weekly accountability for turning ambition into a published rank and an NLU allotment.
“GK stopped scaring me when it became a weekly system instead of a final-month scramble.”
